Logistics Manager

Oversee day-to-day transportation operations at assigned logistics field locations, coordinating with site leaders and partnering teams to execute site goals. Review and improve daily route schedules with logistics operations planning and scheduling, ensuring timely communication and effective workflow. Lead multiple teams, provide mentoring and performance management, and support succession planning. Help monitor and distribute inventory movement and work shifts while maintaining workplace safety standards, including Gemba walks.
