Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive continual improvement of the Eaton Business System across the facility and plant organization.
  • •Lead Lean Six Sigma deployment, including training, facilitation, and deployment resources.
  • •Implement 8D corrective action and Six Sigma to identify and eliminate process variations causing internal and external failures.
  • •Manage capital appropriation planning, including forecasting capital expenditures and ensuring return expectations are met.
  • •Lead continuous improvement teams and VSM execution (Lean material flow, problem solving, standard work, 5S+) and serve as launch leader for project launches.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited institution.
  • •Five years of progressive experience in manufacturing and/or engineering.
  • •One year of leadership experience in project management or product/process improvement/implementation.
  • •Certifications in lean methodology (preferred).
  • •Green/Black Belt and/or PMP certification (preferred).
