Key Responsibilities

  • •Own DFT architecture and work with cross-functional teams to implement test access mechanisms, IO BIST, memory BIST, and scan compression.
  • •Develop and deploy DFT methodologies for next-generation products, including high-speed test access and in-system-test architectures.
  • •Define, prototype, and deploy next-gen DFX architectures covering functional safety diagnostics (ISO26262), silicon debug/bring-up, and productization.
  • •Support DFX architecture work focused on system-level safety diagnostic test quality, in-field test quality, and defect screening/diagnosis to enable SLM.
  • •Collaborate to productize workflows/tools and mentor junior engineers on DFT test designs and trade-offs.

Salary: USD 168,000 - 310,500 annually

Key Requirements

  • •BSEE (or equivalent) with 8+ years; or MSEE with 5+ years; or PhD with 3+ years in DFT or related domains.
  • •Expertise defining scan test plans, BIST (memories and IOs), fault modeling, ATPG, and fault simulation.
  • •Strong analytical skills validating test patterns and logic on complex, multi-million gate designs using vendor tools.
  • •Exposure to cross-functional areas including RTL & clocks design, STA, place-and-route, and power to make appropriate trade-offs.
  • •Experience with silicon debug and bring-up on the ATE, including pattern formats, failure processing, and test program development.
