Key Responsibilities

•Administer employee health, wellness, and preventative service programs, including new-hire physicals and testing protocols.
•Conduct random and for-cause drug testing and administer occupational hearing tests (audiograms) after training and certification.
•Provide initial assessment and direct care, including treatment of work-related injuries and illnesses.
•Coordinate and manage medical surveillance and related training for Corporate Medical Services and EHS requirements, and facilitate care/case management.
•Help maintain a safe working environment by following policies, regularly checking hazards and PPE, reporting issues, and supporting EH&S program learning and implementation.

Key Requirements

•Current certification as a Medical Assistant (AAMA) or the ability to obtain certification within 6 weeks, or current Nursing Assistant (CAN) certification or the ability to obtain within 6 weeks.
•Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)/Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Registered Nurse (RN) is accepted (may be overqualified).
•First Aid/CPR/Bloodborne Pathogens/AED certification and training on proper PPE use and fitting.
•Ability to read and understand specifications and instructions and demonstrate good communication skills for one-to-one and group settings.
•Computer knowledge (e.g., Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint) to review and input data and develop analytical skills.
