Project Manager, Real Estate Operations

Own the full lifecycle of commercial construction and workplace expansion projects for Sierra’s Real Estate team—driving planning through occupancy while coordinating with internal Operations and external partners. Serve as the primary point of contact for facilities support, leading retrofits and buildouts, managing vendors and contracts, and supporting capital and facilities budget planning, estimating, and reporting. Based in San Francisco with occasional site travel and an onsite-first cadence.
