  • •Set product and feature direction rooted in deep user empathy, with exceptional attention to detail and polish.
  • •Create beautiful, polished, delightful user interfaces that build trust and showcase AI capabilities.
  • •Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and HR stakeholders to align on vision, strategy, and roadmaps.
  • •Rapidly prototype ideas (including using code) and ship high-quality work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience designing complex workflows for enterprise/B2B SaaS or people products.
  • •Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centric design thinking, polished UI craftsmanship, and innovative interaction paradigms.
  • •Proven end-to-end delivery on large, complex products (or multiple products) in ambiguous environments.
  • •Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work cross-functionally and influence without authority.
  • •Experience prototyping, especially using front-end code (e.g., HTML/CSS/JS), is preferred.
