Key Requirements

  • •Possession of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum of 10 years’ healthcare sector experience (e.g., hospital or medical care facilities) with a proven track record in project management.
  • •Hands-on experience in hospital/medical centre projects covering ACMV, Fire Protection and Detection, Medical Gas, and hot/cold water and sanitary plumbing/drainage systems.
  • •Registered with the Board of Engineers (BEM) and preferably a Professional Engineer with Practice Certification status.
  • •Proficiency with BIM (3D to 6D; LOD 200 to 400) and use of specialized engineering software such as Elite, HAP, E20, or Pipeflow.
