Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a trusted advisor and partner to the CTO, aligning department goals with company vision and strategic priorities
  • •Define governance and the operating model for the Product & Engineering PMO, including standards for technical delivery, financial transparency, and risk management
  • •Architect portfolio management and technology investment roadmaps aligned to corporate vision and revenue optimization targets
  • •Oversee budgeting, resource planning, capacity management, and ROI measurement/reporting for the technology portfolio
  • •Lead and develop a team of program and project managers; standardize execution processes, drive KPIs, and ensure cross-functional delivery of large-scale projects
