Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and own the credit card migration consulting proposition, including scope, use cases, differentiators, and target client profiles across Asia Pacific.
  • •Develop and maintain migration playbooks/toolkits and articulate the economic and strategic value case for card migrations.
  • •Support origination and shape proposals/RFP responses/commercial constructs for migration engagements through signed SOW.
  • •Lead solution design, troubleshooting, and resourcing models for large migrations, partnering with VCA Migration Tech and client teams.
  • •Manage virtual project teams and third-party delivery partners, ensure compliance/risk governance, and capture lessons learned into scalable best practices.

Key Requirements

  • •10-15 years of relevant experience in card network and issuing value chains, including BIN structures, authorization, clearing & settlement, disputes, tokenisation, and digital wallets.
  • •Track record of leading card migrations.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • •Practical knowledge of issuer processing platforms and card management systems and their implications for migration.
  • •Ability to translate technical/operational trade-offs into business and customer impact for executives.
