Lead Visa’s regional consulting capability for complex credit card migrations across Asia Pacific. Own the migration proposition and playbooks, develop value cases, and partner with market teams to support issuer engagements from opportunity through signed SOW. Provide solution design, escalation, troubleshooting, and resourcing models for live programs, while managing virtual teams and vendor partners to ensure network-safe, customer-safe, compliant migrations with measurable KPIs and documented lessons learned.
