Key Responsibilities

•Own the vision and roadmap for the global B2B digital customer journey across discovery, onboarding, engagement, service, and loyalty.
•Lead the global B2B digital product portfolio, including UX, digital content strategy, SEO, conversion optimization, and digital product management.
•Partner with Commercial, Marketing, and Sales teams to digitize customer interactions and increase digital adoption, self-service, repeat ordering, and retention.
•Identify and implement AI-powered customer experience capabilities such as AI-assisted ordering, intelligent recommendations, and knowledge automation.
•Define journey KPIs and build a data-driven operating model using customer analytics and performance metrics to translate data into investment priorities and product decisions.

Key Requirements

•15+ years of experience in Digital, Digital Marketing, Digital Product Management, Digital Commerce, or Customer Experience.
•Strong background in B2B digital transformation and digitizing customer interactions.
•Experience leading global digital platforms, customer portals, or B2B e-commerce ecosystems.
•Proven success managing complex cross-functional transformation programs and presenting to executive leadership.
•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Digital, Communications, or a related field; Master’s preferred (MBA is a plus).
