Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with CSS leadership to drive the business management rhythm, operational excellence, and execution of strategic priorities through planning, governance, and stakeholder alignment.
  • •Coordinate business reviews, planning activities, and stakeholder engagement, including priority setting, performance reporting, and operational reviews across initiatives.
  • •Lead business and financial planning for CSS, partnering with leadership and Finance on budgets, forecasts, investments, monthly close, forecasting, and reporting.
  • •Translate complex business, financial, and operational information into concise executive narratives to support decision-making and alignment.
  • •Lead long-term planning (LTP) and influence cross-functional stakeholders to align priorities, resolve challenges, and improve operating models.

Key Requirements
