Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead daily operation of the compounding area, including normal operations, problem-solving, and coordinating preventive maintenance.
  • •Ensure environmental, health and safety compliance and maintain a safe working environment; identify and escalate safety issues immediately.
  • •Review, follow, and adjust the daily compounding schedule based on production needs and monitor equipment via screens, meters, gauges, valves, temperatures, and pressures.
  • •Unload bulk tanker deliveries into Tank Farm tanks; maintain accurate production records and logs of equipment and product performance.
  • •Provide direction and assign tasks to compounding operators, lead shift turnover discussions, and act as a lead trainer; participate in continuous improvement and ELS initiatives.

  • •High school diploma or equivalent (GED) or 3+ years of relevant manufacturing work experience.
  • •Serve as a safety role model; always wear PPE and be willing and able to work safely.

  • •Good written and oral communication skills and ability to read and comprehend manufacturing documents.
