Job Summary

Serve as a customer engineer liaison for installing, maintaining, and upgrading display and semiconductor equipment. Perform preventative and corrective maintenance across electrical, vacuum, mechanical, plasma, hydraulic, and gas systems, using digital analytics and diagnostic techniques. Coordinate with customers for smooth operations, respond to fab issues with escalation support, and contribute to corrective action plans while following checklists, procedures, and safety guidelines across assigned accounts.

Key Responsibilities

•Install, maintain, and upgrade equipment as the direct liaison with customers.
•Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on electrical, vacuum, mechanical, plasma, hydraulic, and gas systems.
•Verify operational quality and follow checklists, procedures, and correct revisions of schematics before work.
•Communicate with customers and engineers to address fab issues, including escalation conference calls.
•Assume responsibility for full customer satisfaction, solicit feedback, and develop corrective action plans.

Travel: Extensive travel

Key Requirements

•Proficient in the primary toolset and able to acquire additional systems and applications.
•Perform startup activities through Tier II with limited support.
•Complete qualifications with minimal assistance and execute quality repairs.
•Respond to fab issues by communicating with engineers in other locations and participating in escalation calls.
•Apply diagnostic techniques using documentation and test equipment, with assistance from senior engineers as needed.
