Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve in a customer-facing role to develop and deploy integrated EW hardware-software products to meet customer and operational needs.
  • •Support delivery of contract deliverables, including measures of performance/effectiveness, technical reports, and logistics plans.
  • •Manage and accelerate cross-team projects and instill an efficient project management workflow across teams.
  • •Own EW capability deployment at test and demonstration events in collaboration with Test & Evaluation, Logistics, Growth, and Engineering.
  • •Plan, execute, and supervise EW field events (internal and customer-facing test events, demonstrations, and customer deliveries) while supporting end-user training and feedback systems.

Salary: USD 132,000 - 198,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 6+ years of experience as a Program Manager, Project Lead, or Cross-Functional Team Leader.
  • •Experience leading planning and execution of events.
  • •Ability to translate and decompose technical concepts into operational requirements and performance specifications.
  • •Experience working in a rapidly iterating test environment with integration between software and hardware development teams.
  • •Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
