Global Corporate Trust (GCT) Escrow Client Manager

Develop and maintain relationships with Corporate Trust clients, focusing on maximizing the value of those relationships. Review and onboard new client relationships using account acceptance policies, deliver quality service aligned to client needs, and resolve client issues quickly. Partner with business development staff on client conversations, identify business risks and operational challenges, and coordinate operational change implementation. May manage, hire, and train staff and support revenue and expense goals.
