Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and own the Operations team’s internal AI workspace, including pre-configured access and integrations with systems used by operators.
  • •Own systems enabling high-quality AI outputs: curate the central knowledge base, skills library, and shared repo, and manage persistent context and scheduled automations.
  • •Test new models and capabilities against real operations use cases and scale the promising ones.
  • •Embed with operations teams to find the highest-leverage workflows to automate, turning manual work and tribal knowledge into shared capability.
  • •Standardize evals and monitoring across the team in partnership with engineering, and build the team’s capability through onboarding, training, and cross-team sharing.

Key Requirements

  • •5–10 years of experience as a product manager, optimizer, or builder.
  • •Daily hands-on use of the modern AI stack, including agents, tool integrations, prompt and context engineering, and evals.
  • •Comfort working across APIs, integrations, and data, with pragmatism about low-code where it works and real code where it matters.
  • •Strong business acumen with a focus on measurable results such as hours saved, volume handled, and throughput gained.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication, plus a track record of moving quickly and delivering goals.
