Partner with Product Development Teams to drive project Time, Cost, Quality, and Performance for A220 development modifications. Support the PDP (Product Development Plan) process by developing, harmonizing, and governing integrated plans, monitoring performance indicators, managing project scope, and escalating risks and issues. Coordinate project management activities across Airbus systems and multidisciplinary teams, integrating financial, planning, quality, and performance data to provide clear, transparent analyses.

•Establish governance for multidisciplinary teams (internal and external) and manage risks and opportunities, integrating financial/planning/quality/performance data for transparent progress analyses.
