Job Summary

Review quality documentation and evaluate lab results to ensure product conformance and support release to internal and external customers. Manage nonconformances, assess risk mitigation actions to improve Right First Time (RFT) compliance, and prepare release documents for product certification. Work cross-functionally with Operations, Engineering, Inspection, and Planning, while supporting inspections, continuous improvement, and safety in a heavy-industrial chemical operations environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Evaluate laboratory results against specifications and initiate/manage nonconformances when out of limits.
•Implement risk mitigation actions to improve Right First Time (RFT) compliance for contracts and manufacturing/testing/inspection activities.
•Review process records/travelers, assess process nonconformances, and prepare release documents for product certification.
•Research and interpret customer purchase order requirements, contract agreements, specifications, standards, and related quality documentation.
•Review incoming raw material certifications and specifications, oversee sampling execution, and support continuous improvement of sampling and quality-control workflows.

Salary: USD 65,000 - 85,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Materials Science, Metallurgical, or Manufacturing Engineering (or related technical discipline).
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret technical data and specifications.
•Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate in a manufacturing environment.
•Ability to work on-site in a heavy-industrial setting and comply with safety requirements.
•Some experience or internship experience in manufacturing, sampling, quality inspection, or related quality work.
