Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop logistics and packaging sourcing strategies and implement them with internal stakeholders.
  • •Ensure security of supply and drive the category saving pipeline while supporting new/alternative products, services, and processes.
  • •Monitor markets and influences including macro-economic and geo-political factors, supply-demand, supplier development, and regulation.
  • •Prepare and lead competitive tender/RFQ processes, fact-based negotiations, supplier selection, and contracting.
  • •Implement contracts, resolve issues with category lead and operations teams, and conduct supplier performance evaluations to drive continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • •English required; local language required; other languages are a plus.
  • •Minimum 2 years of Senior Procurement experience strongly preferred.
  • •Solid experience in chemical logistics and/or supply chain.
  • •Strong negotiation, contracting, demand management, and systems/ multitasking skills.
