Key Responsibilities

•Define and drive the end-to-end automation roadmap for Health Operations, aligning with business KPIs and regulatory requirements.
•Lead process re-engineering prior to automation deployment and collaborate with IT on rules engine and AI-based adjudication.
•Oversee UAT, validation, and accuracy monitoring to ensure high-quality automation outcomes.
•Coordinate workflow, meet deadlines, and provide feedback/training to junior colleagues.
•Establish an automation governance and control framework to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

•5-8+ years in Health Insurance / TPA Operations
•Experience with automation tools, RPA, Rules Engines
•Strong analytical & dashboarding capabilities (Excel / Power BI)
•Coding Certificate
•Fluency in Power BI, Altrex with experience in building Dashboards
