Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and support Metrology eBeam (SEM) algorithms within the R&D TCT algorithm team.
  • •Integrate algorithms into large systems considering hardware and software aspects, and provide software specifications and production code to meet milestones.
  • •Develop state-of-the-art computer vision, machine learning, and deep learning algorithms.
  • •Support customers with algorithm-induced measurement, data reliability, correlation, and matching issues, including diagnostics, troubleshooting, bug fixes, and training.
  • •Perform C&F for CIP and preliminary research, and conduct beta testing at customer sites.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree and above also acceptable) and a strong theoretical foundation.
  • •More than 3 years of hands-on experience with Computer Vision and Image Processing algorithms.
  • •Strong understanding of probability and statistics.
  • •Strong skills developing in MATLAB and Python.
  • •Fluent English and ability to work independently and in a team.
