Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive a proactive risk culture through thematic reviews, training, and ownership of the risk & control agenda.
  • •Support departmental external assurance obligations (including ISAE 3402) and consult as subject-matter expert during audits.
  • •Collaborate with CIB business areas and Risk Functions to promote policies, standards, and governance within CIB.
  • •Lead delivery of risk & control projects and programmes for the region, including risk issue and action plan ownership.
  • •Integrate into the development process by attending scrums and owning security use cases and stories.
