Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead AS-IS and TO-BE process workshops with business stakeholders for PLM process analysis and design.
  • •Analyze and design Windchill processes across parts, BOM, document management, change/configuration management, and release/approval workflows.
  • •Translate processes into functional requirements and solution proposals, and advise on OOTB vs configuration vs customization approaches.
  • •Validate process implementation during SIT and UAT, including functional defect triage and resolution support.
  • •Support business readiness for go-live, process impact analysis for upgrades and data migration, and stabilization/hypercare from a process perspective.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong experience as a PLM / Windchill Process or Functional Consultant.
  • •Deep understanding of engineering change processes, configuration and release governance, and product structure/BOM management.
  • •Ability to convert business processes into functional specifications and solution proposals.
  • •Hands-on exposure to PTC Windchill with mandatory PDMLink experience.
  • •6–12 years of experience in PLM / Windchill programs, with manufacturing/automotive/industrial/medical devices domain experience preferred.
