Key Responsibilities

•Identify growth opportunities to increase partner advertising effectiveness by understanding client marketing objectives and challenges.
•Create tailored advertising strategies and lead pitches to senior stakeholders.
•Coordinate end-to-end launch, management, and reporting of campaigns across partners.
•Monitor campaign performance and evolve strategies to improve results against agreed KPIs.
•Use data-led insights to demonstrate the impact of partner spend and drive continued investment on the platform.

Key Requirements

•Significant experience in an advertising sales or account management role, ideally in a fast-paced digital environment.
•Strong understanding of the advertising landscape across brand awareness and performance marketing.
•Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with senior executives.
•Proven ability to use complex data sets to tell a compelling story and support strategic recommendations.
•Strong organisational skills to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously without losing pace.
