•Support resolution of packaging issues affecting the current business and assist with packaging-related factory troubleshooting (design, specifications, supplier changes).

•Experience liaising with stakeholders across departments to align on project plans and acceptance criteria.
•Operations experience following standardised work documentation (SOPs/Work Instructions) and validation, with a track record of troubleshooting packaging-related operational issues (EH&S, Quality, OEE, Cost).
•Training colleagues in new processes and procedures (train-the-trainer qualification or equivalent).
•Project management/trials experience planning, coordinating, executing, and documenting trial or project activity to set deadlines (desirable).
