Manage and develop a multidisciplinary UX team, elevate usability/accessibility craft, and collaborate with product, engineering, data science, and external agencies to deliver scalable design excellence.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and communicate a design vision and strategy for Digital Labs products aligned to business goals and innovation priorities.
•Define and maintain design principles, guidelines, and standards to ensure consistency, quality, and scalability across Labs products and prototypes.
•Serve as the UX thought leader for AI-powered experiences, evolving AI design patterns for conversational and emerging AI capabilities.
•Lead, coach, and develop a multidisciplinary UX team, setting goals and expectations and ensuring effective planning and delivery.
•Manage relationships with external design, research, and innovation agencies, overseeing scope, budgets, deliverables, and alignment to Labs design standards.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 144,250 - 256,250 annually

Key Requirements

•8+ years of experience in UX, Product Design, Interaction Design, Service Design, or related disciplines.

•Experience leading digital product design across web and mobile platforms.
•Experience building design systems, governance frameworks, and scalable UX practices.
