Lead the SPY-6 Field Engineer team to deliver, deploy, and sustain high-quality software products in mission-critical field environments. Key Responsibilities

•Oversee and coordinate SPY-6 Field Engineers to ensure high-quality software delivery, deployment, and field operations aligned with program goals.
•Maintain installation and runtime tooling to ensure operational readiness across fielded environments.
•Plan, align, and prioritize the Field Engineer team backlog with SPY-6 product and engineering stakeholders.
•Manage release packages to align with program needs, technical dependencies, and team capacity.
•Provide direct field software support at test sites, including troubleshooting, triage, and issue resolution; mentor engineers and escalate systemic issues.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a STEM degree and a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience.
•Experience in software engineering, software field support, systems engineering, or a related technical field.
•Experience supporting deployed systems, field operations, or mission-critical environments.
•Experience planning and prioritizing work in agile or iterative development environments.
•Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued Secret security clearance prior to the start date; U.S. citizenship is required.
