Regional Unique Asset Leader

Lead the Unique Asset Group at a regional level by overseeing a team of Unique Asset Managers and Associates responsible for complex unique asset portfolios, including real estate and tangible personal property. Drive operational excellence, regulatory and risk compliance, client relationship management, and strategic business execution. Manage due diligence and onboarding for new assets, maintain direct portfolio oversight as needed, and develop team talent through coaching, feedback, and performance development.
