Sr Supervisor Production

Supervise production team members to ensure quality, safety, and day-to-day department accountability. Work closely with management to achieve objectives, ensure compliance with HR and safety policies, and support food safety and sanitation standards. Lead and motivate the hourly workforce, accept additional management assignments, and drive problem-solving and special projects. Handle core documentation needs (Tyson paperwork) and maintain strong attendance and safety performance.
