Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor inventory accuracy, stock integrity, and compliance across O&O markets.
  • •Analyze inventory adjustments, exception reports, stocktake results, and cycle count variances.
  • •Investigate significant discrepancies including shrink, reconciliation issues, cash discrepancies, fraud, refund abuse, suspicious transactions, and discount misuse.
  • •Identify patterns, operational risks, control gaps, and potential policy violations; conduct root cause analyses and recommend corrective and preventative actions.
  • •Track remediation plans and support audit and compliance activities, including developing SOPs/control frameworks and producing reporting and dashboards.

Key Requirements

  • •3-6 years of experience in retail operations, inventory management, loss prevention, audit, financial controls, fraud prevention, or a related area.
  • •Hands-on experience investigating inventory variances, stock losses, cash issues, fraud, or discount misuse.
  • •Strong analytical and investigative skills, including root cause analysis.
  • •Experience developing SOPs, controls, and process documentation.
  • •Advanced Excel skills and experience using reporting or BI tools.
