Enhance a regional fleet by coordinating teams across the warehouse and the field, ensuring vehicles are deployed and retrieved efficiently. Build compliant, high-performing warehouse processes, define and track KPIs tied to profitability and operational performance, and support incident/complaint management. Partner cross-functionally to identify expansion opportunities, collaborate on local revenue initiatives, and liaise with government and city officials on legal, regulatory, and safety matters for Vienna & Austria.
