Job Summary

Operate and support packaging line equipment during the overnight shift, ensuring the line runs smoothly from setup through changeovers. Lead daily production activities by preparing run sheets, updating production counts, maintaining raw material inventory, and assisting with troubleshooting and minor adjustments. Maintain safety, quality, and GMP/PPE compliance, support preventive maintenance and sanitation tasks, and complete daily line paperwork on KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead team in line setup and product changeovers, identifying critical controls and issues.
•Provide production run sheets and update production system/case totals to communicate goals to the next shift.
•Set up and operate multiple packaging machines; help keep the line clear of jams.
•Perform basic troubleshooting and make minor adjustments; assist with codes, dates, and prices on packaging machinery.
•Maintain GMP, PPE, safety, and quality compliance, and support preventive maintenance and sanitation tasks as needed.

Key Requirements

•Must have previous mechanical experience.
