Job Summary

Drive revenue growth by owning the inbound sales process for North America, from lead engagement and discovery through product demos, proposals, negotiation, and deal closure. Manage and prioritize marketing-qualified pipelines to meet quarterly and annual quotas, forecast accurately in CRM tools, and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities. Partner with Marketing, Sales Development, Product, and Customer Success to improve lead quality and deliver a seamless prospect and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

•Engage with high volumes of inbound leads from marketing channels quickly and efficiently, conducting discovery calls to qualify and position the SaaS solution.
•Own the full sales cycle from inbound inquiry through demo, proposal, negotiation, and deal closure.
•Meet or exceed individual sales targets, forecast accurately, and maintain healthy pipeline coverage.
•Develop and nurture long-term relationships with prospects and key stakeholders while identifying decision-makers and influencers.
•Collaborate with Marketing, Sales Development, Product, and Customer Success, and maintain accurate CRM records of sales activities and pipeline.

Key Requirements

•3–7 years of B2B SaaS inbound sales experience with a proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas, selling to North American clients.
•Ability to rapidly engage, qualify, and convert high volumes of marketing-qualified leads.
•Strong consultative selling and discovery skills to uncover needs, pain points, and business objectives, positioning value beyond features.
•Experience delivering tailored virtual product demonstrations for North American audiences, including C-level executives.
•Proficiency managing pipeline and forecasting using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), with strong objection handling and negotiation skills.
