Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the architecture, maintenance, and development of cloud-native data ingest and aggregation processes that intake gigabytes of data per day.
  • •Deliver product features that detect market manipulation, fraud, behavioral patterns, and related activities.
  • •Own and scale high-performance AWS services handling thousands of requests per second.
  • •Lead modernization toward a streaming architecture, setting technical direction and best practices.
  • •Enable and drive the graphing platform used to power and visualize insights across multiple products, while mentoring engineers and resolving production issues.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience leading the design and implementation of cloud-native services in a major cloud provider such as AWS or GCP.
  • •Experience mentoring engineers, leading cross-team projects, and driving design and technology decisions at a senior or lead level.
  • •Deep experience with object-oriented programming languages (primarily Java and TypeScript) and strong backend and/or frontend systems experience.
  • •Good understanding of frontend and backend best practices and paradigms, with ability to align technical execution with product and design partners.
  • •Demonstrated ownership from inception through production, with integrated AI experience in customer-facing products or engineering infrastructure.
