Key Responsibilities

  • •Support spares and repair order processing to generate AOG and critical spares demands, ensuring receipt of direct deliveries within contractual timescales and budget.
  • •Support the spares and repairs coordinator and PPC supervisor with timely order placement, order book activities, and AOG spares management to exhaust demand resolution options fastest possible while maintaining compliance.
  • •Support forecasting and inventory optimisation by planning, stock positioning, monitoring item condition, balancing service against budget, and determining appropriate asset solutions (repair, overhaul, or spare).
  • •Maintain and update PPC spreadsheets for DSUMs and AOG calls with the UK, and provide repair scheduling tasking into repair bay facilities.
  • •Conduct supply chain data analysis to identify repetitive problems, support corrective actions where appropriate, and mentor QEAF staff joining the MOB organisation.

Key Requirements

  • •Enhanced understanding of MS Excel is desirable.
  • •Institute of Supply Chain Management Level 3, NVQ3 or equivalent is desirable but not essential.
  • •Valid driving licence.
  • •Ability to manage DF&P processes within a regulatory framework structure.
  • •Demonstrate understanding of operational supply chain activities, define processes, propose improvements, and manage them day to day.
