  • •Pilot the workshop, monitor production against forecast, analyse performance indicators (quality, productivity, absenteeism), identify gaps, set priorities and implement corrective actions
  • •Organise daily workshop management according to the skills of the teams
  • •Ensure adherence to best practices and processes and the quality of products delivered
  • •Lead the training plan for the workshop, develop skills, versatility and agility of the team for performance and customer satisfaction
  • •Participate in product/process evolutions and launches, implementing conditions for success

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing with team leadership
  • •Proven ability to analyse production indicators (quality, productivity, absenteeism) and implement corrective actions
  • •Ability to organize daily workshop management based on team skills
