Key Responsibilities

  • •Account for revenue and expense for TLS and other AXP processes across key report lines with strong controls and GAAP compliance.
  • •Lead the team to pursue continuous improvement through process redesign and automation for accounting and analytics delivery.
  • •Use General Ledger and business system data to generate insights that support business goals for partners.
  • •Ensure compliance and control effectiveness through audit support, metrics, RCSA, internal reviews, and SOX-related requirements.
  • •Provide onsite leadership and guidance to the immediate team and beyond, partnering with stakeholders to drive initiatives and service levels.

Key Requirements

  • •Chartered Accountant or MBA (around 6 years post-qualification experience), or B.Com (minimum 10 years of relevant experience).
  • •Experience performing accounting in compliance with US GAAP and IFRS.
  • •Experience designing strong accounting for product and service launch/changes.
  • •Experience leading a team of professionals delivering accounting and reporting services in a controlled manner.
