Job Summary

Lead manufacturing process improvements focused on loss elimination and sustainable operational results. Partner with multi-functional teams to solve technical problems, analyze performance loss across equipment/skills/organization, and systematize maintenance and production management tools. Drive key projects and new equipment start-ups while collaborating with technical experts and other manufacturing sites. Coach and develop technical experts and build/improve production standards to meet line performance targets.

•Develop mastery in loss elimination processes to drive sustainable results for the site.
•Establish methods for solving technical problems and perform studies on performance loss across equipment, skills, and organization.
•Systematize tools for maintenance and implement production management tools to improve performance targets.
•Identify and deliver key projects, including delivery and start-up of new equipment, initiatives, and projects.
•Collaborate with technical experts and other functions/sites to create best solutions, and create/improve standards and learning programs for technical experts.

Key Requirements

•Recent graduate in Chemical, Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Electrical Engineering (or relevant) with 0–3 years of relevant experience.
•Background in Manufacturing and Production Systems.
•Good command of the English language.
•Technical curiosity, creativity, innovation, initiative, communication, leadership, and ability to work with others.
•Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong ownership and operational discipline.
