Visual Lead - Village at Meridian

Lead store visual merchandising to drive sales and maximize profitability at Alo Yoga’s Village at Meridian location. Partner with the Visual and Operations teams to manage operational execution across receiving, inventory recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management. Plan visual floor changes with payroll support, maintain visual direction against budgets and timelines, use reporting tools to identify opportunities, and coach associates through recruitment, development, and daily performance feedback.
