Key Responsibilities

•Lead the end-to-end development of an AI-driven motion capture solution based on MTM principles in production settings.
•Design and implement computer vision models to track and analyze hand and body movements from production videos.
•Develop algorithms to calculate Actual Time and derive Standard Time using motion-based data.
•Build and optimize ML models to classify motion patterns and detect inefficiencies, with a focus on scalability across products.
•Coordinate with external vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure knowledge transfer, governance, and timely delivery of scalable AI solutions.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
•2-5 years of experience in AI/ML, computer vision, data science, or advanced analytics, preferably in manufacturing/industrial environments.
•Proven experience in AI solution development including motion capture, computer vision, and ML model deployment.
•Strong expertise in computer vision techniques (pose estimation, object tracking, video analytics) and frameworks such as OpenCV, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
•Hands-on experience in data engineering and feature engineering, transforming unstructured data into structured, model-ready datasets.
