Job Summary

Serve as an expert in third-party risk management within the Third Party Management (TPMO) team, supporting the full lifecycle across planning, due diligence, onboarding, ongoing monitoring, contracting, and termination. You’ll design and review program artifacts and risk methodologies, drive continuous improvement, and guide business partners through quality execution. Partner with 2nd-line of defense teams, use dashboards and KRIs to track risk posture, and report progress to boards, risk committees, and regulators.

Key Responsibilities

•Track and support third-party lifecycle elements including planning, IRQs, DDQs, ongoing monitoring, contracting, and termination, including inventory reviews and risk acceptance tracking.
•Focus on onboarding and due diligence activities, including execution of initial and re-assessments of third-party risks.
•Design and periodically review program artifacts such as risk methodologies, service categories, risk profiles, and reporting thresholds.
•Guide business partners through third-party lifecycle stages to ensure quality program execution and maintain strong documentation and evidence of controls, decisions, and remediations.
•Use dashboards and KRIs to monitor third-party risk posture, escalate risk issues, and report progress to boards, risk committees, and regulators; support improvement projects to automate repetitive tasks.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of related work experience with clear understanding and experience in the Three Lines of Defense model.
•Thorough understanding of third-party (vendor/supplier) risk management, including designing program solutions, risk scoring/aggregation, and committee reporting.
•Understanding of global risk regulatory requirements, with emphasis on US (OCC Bulletins, FFIEC, FRB, FDIC) or UK (PRA, FCA).
•TPRM-related certification such as CTPRP or CTPRA.
•Experience using tools such as Coupa, ServiceNow, Supply Wisdom, BitSight or similar.
