Key Responsibilities

  • •Influence strategy and shape the programme approach, building stakeholder buy-in around plans, commitments and changes.
  • •Accountable for the delivery, governance & reporting to stakeholders including business & technology in Customer Data Master Service core capability.
  • •Ability to build effective senior stakeholder relationships. Confidence to constructively challenge the agenda in order to help the business and technical teams deliver maximum value for each $ invested.
  • •Ensure the programme aligns to HSBC strategies and contribute towards achieving strategic aims
  • •Ensure that all Technology practices and associated tools are being adopted and adhered to within the Programme

  • •Ability to drive decisions to conclusion across multiple stakeholders in a matrix organisation through strong influencing skills
  • •Highly energetic and resilient individual capable of managing significant Programme budgets to quality, time and scope
