Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan and control high-complexity manufacturing multi-line scheduling, considering business demands and material/manufacturing constraints.
  • •Own tool configuration and slotting, including NPMA approval and allocation.
  • •Drive line KPI improvements (OTD, EOP, CT, SOE) and control line performance.
  • •Plan field support activities: coordinate with Product Support, determine capacity, plan manufacturing activities, and manage retrofit projects.
  • •Plan home tool support and R&D needs, including managing option build plan cycles and training-period allocation.
