  • •Define and lead product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for the enterprise CDP and associated customer data capabilities.
  • •Drive evolution of customer identity, marketing data, audience management, segmentation, targeting, eligibility, and activation for personalized experiences at scale.
  • •Modernize legacy marketing data and targeting capabilities into a scalable, reusable, globally available CDP ecosystem.
  • •Translate enterprise priorities into platform capabilities, investment strategies, and measurable outcomes by partnering with cross-functional leaders.
  • •Lead, coach, and develop Product Managers and establish strong product management practices and accountability.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (equivalent professional experience considered).
  • •6+ years of product management (or related digital product experience), including leadership of complex enterprise platforms or products.
  • •Experience defining and executing multi-year product strategies and roadmaps for large-scale digital/data/marketing technology or customer engagement platforms.
  • •Strong understanding of Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), including customer profiles, identity resolution, segmentation, audience management, targeting, eligibility, and activation.
  • •Demonstrated product leadership across complex data ecosystems and enterprise architectures, including integrations and APIs.
