Key Responsibilities

  • •Create production plans for NPI build projects per product lifecycle and execute them with NV manufacturers.
  • •Coordinate with engineering teams, suppliers, operations, and PCB manufacturing to adapt to changing requirements and tight timelines.
  • •Track and communicate deliverables, constraints, risks, dependencies, and critical paths across ASIC, product, test, software, board, system engineering, and planning teams.
  • •Run cross-functional communications independently in a matrix environment, publish progress/roadblocks, and escalate risks to upper management.
  • •Lead and attend cross-functional NPI meetings, highlight key ops issues, and drive methodology improvements for the NPI team.

Key Requirements

  • •B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • •2+ years in a similar role, preferably within an engineering and manufacturing/operations environment.
  • •Ability to track multiple projects simultaneously.
  • •Strong interpersonal skills, including knowing when to engage stakeholders to resolve issues.
  • •Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, decision-making, and cross-functional influencing skills.
