Director, Business Operations of Communications Team

Lead business operations for the Communications function in partnership with the Chief Communications Officer and leadership team. Drive transformation through operating model improvements, metrics and reporting, AI adoption and capability building, and stakeholder engagement. Own project execution for key initiatives, maintain visibility into critical-path work, and support executive communications and event planning. Balance urgent priorities with long-term programs while operating with high confidentiality.
