Key Responsibilities

  • •End-to-end processing of corporate actions (mandatory and voluntary capital measures), including dividend processing.
  • •Create and send client letters and collect/process customer instructions.
  • •Forward customer instructions to custody/clearing entities and coordinate subsequent process steps.
  • •Check and align incoming information from securities notices, custodians, data providers, and counterparties.
  • •Book and reconcile measures (cash and position-based) in line with tax requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Completed commercial training, ideally in the banking environment, with preferred experience processing capital measures in the bonds/anhelien area.
