Key Responsibilities

•Lead project work across design, delivery, and tender phases for multi-year/packaged turnkey projects.
•Ensure timely, high-quality structural engineering delivery aligned with technical, commercial, regulatory standards, schedules, and budgets.
•Maintain effective professional relationships and communication with local clients.
•Provide technical/delivery guidance and mentor, train, and develop junior engineers.
•Manage stakeholder relationships internally and externally within a multidisciplinary engineering setting.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor to Masters’ level degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.
•RPEQ qualified or close to completion.
•Minimum 8–12 years post-graduate industry experience in structural engineering.
•Commercial experience in Australia or New Zealand on medium/large building structure projects.
•Familiarity with ETABS, RAM Concept, and Microstran.
