Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with senior leadership to understand business objectives and develop HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • •Translate business strategies into actionable HR initiatives, programs, and support.
  • •Act as primary point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, conflict resolution, and investigations into complaints or misconduct.
  • •Oversee recruitment end-to-end with hiring managers, including sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
  • •Serve as Employment Equity Manager and champion BBBEE initiatives and the verification process. Ensure compliance with local employment laws and analyze HR metrics to improve engagement, morale, and retention.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, business administration, psychology, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in HR business partnering, preferably in logistics and shipping.
  • •Progressive HR experience focused on employee relations, talent management, and organizational development.
  • •Experience partnering strategically with senior leadership and business stakeholders.
  • •Experience with labour relations and change management, along with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
