Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and manage the ATC program globally, serving as the primary point of contact for ATC partners.
  • •Develop and execute ATC strategy aligned with Fortinet sales priorities, partner strengths, and Fortinet Training Institute goals.
  • •Recruit, onboard, and enable new ATC partners to expand geographic and market coverage to grow revenue.
  • •Drive ATC performance through regular business reviews, KPI tracking, and action plans to increase training delivery, certifications, and revenue impact.
  • •Partner closely with sales, channel, and partner teams to support pipeline, customer enablement, and partner-led training initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •5–8+ years of experience in program management, partner management, or channel operations, preferably in cybersecurity, technology, or education/training environments.

  • •Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and initiatives across regions and time zones.
